El Naturalista
El Naturalista are a Spanish shoe manufacturer. All shoes are made in one of two places, both with a long shoe making history – La Rioja, Spain and Tangiers, Morocco. Both Geographically distant but are joined by a common destiny : Leatherwork.
Each El Naturalista shoe is a puzzle, with many cuts of leather being sewn together using great precision. In a world where we are rushing around, El Naturalista focuses on manual processes and quality finishes. The organic leather is tanned using vegetable dyes, which gives irregular gloss and colour tones. To take care of this leather is very easy – every now and then, rub a tiny amount of olive oil onto the leather using a soft cloth and this will bring the colour back to its original vibrancy.
The removable insoles are perfect for those children with orthotic insoles as they can be easily removed leaving space for the orthotics.
Each rubber sole is made of biodegradable rubber and has a shock absorber in the heel.
All in all, excellently crafted shoes in gorgeous designs.
